GRADINGS: Gradings are usually held on the last THURSDAY of every month. Watch for postings. Weapons and Sparring classes are cancelled on Grading nights. Please come out and watch your classmates!

OPEN FLOOR: The dojo floor is open to students who would like to PRACTICE on their own

Sparring Classes : Everyone who is Yellow Belt and up is encouraged to attend Sparring Classes. A mouthguard, groin protection, headgear, handgear, and footgear are all mandatory for safety reasons. Sparring Gear used at Daypuck Karate should be purchased at Daypuck Karate. Visit the Daypuck Karate PRO SHOP to order your Sparring Gear.

HOLIDAYS: The dojo is closed on all LONG WEEKENDS and STATUTORY HOLIDAYS.

PRIVATE LESSONS: Get extra help and prepare for gradings and tournaments with Private Lessons. The rate is $50 for a 40 Minute Lesson (Daypuck Members Only). $50 rate begins July 1, 2010 (includes HST). Please speak to Sensei Pete or Sabrina Daypuck to book your Private Lessons.
