This ultra-lightweight bo enhances speed and control and is great for weapons forms training and competition. Tested and used by world class martial art weapons competitors, its shorter length is ideal for young martial artists with an approximate weight starting at just 7 oz. Features a 1-inch diameter that tapers at ends to approximately 0.5 inches. Made for demonstration and forms competition only. Not recommended for contact sparring.
